  1. Will I still be listed in the telephone book?
    1. Yes.
       
  2. Won't I get more calls from solicitors on my cell phones?
    1. At your request, we will submit your telephone number to the do-not-call list. Furthermore, we can block any number, and force blocked callers who do not present a caller ID telephone number to enter their telephone number.
       
  3. Can my Virtual Phone Line forward to more than four phone numbers?
    1. Yes. An additional charge will be incurred.
       
  4. Do I need an internet connection to have a virtual phone line?
    1. No. Unlike other telephone providers, we do not require you to have an internet connection or telephone line to use our service.
       
  5. How long does it take to transfer my telephone number?
    1. Most telephone numbers are transferred in approximately 10 business days.
       
  6. Do I still have a telephone line at home?
    1. No. Your home telephone line will be cancelled. Should you decide to move back, you still own the telephone number, and can switch to a residential telephone service at any time.

    1. Businesses who want to provide a local telephone number for their customers to call, but do not want to incur the costs of opening an office in that area. We can forward all calls destined to your
       
  1. How is pricing done for an Business Virtual Phone Lines?
    1. Our pricing is based on the number of concurrent telephone calls which will need to be made into our telephone servers and transferred to your telephone number. Up to four concurrent calls costs only $25 per month. Additionally, we charge a $10 per additional telephone number.
       
  2. Can I get an automated attendant?
    1. We can create automated attendants, and even do the recordings for you at no additional cost.
       
  3. How long does it take to activate service?
    1. We will activate your service with a temporary telephone number within one business day. Once your telephone number transfers, we will cancel the old telephone
       
  1. How long does it take to transfer a telephone number to your service?
    1. While we cannot quote exact times, transferring from your previous provider typically takes ten (10) business days.
       
  2. Do I need to purchase any equipment?
    1. No. This service merely allows all calls intended for your business telephone number to be sent to other numbers anywhere in the US. No internet or equipment is required.
       
  3. Will I be listed in the Business White Pages?
    1. Yes. We will make sure that your business is listed in the White Pages for your area. Should you wish to be listed in the Yellow Pages, we will arrange for a call between your local Yellow Pages representative and your business.
