Direct Call Connection: When you receive a phone call from your virtual line, you will be able to see the incoming caller ID. When you answer the telephone, you will immediately connect with the caller.

Intercepted Call Connection: With this option enabled you will receive a call from our Virtual Telephone system. When the call is answered, you will hear an announcement stating that you have an incoming call and tell you the phone number of the caller. You can then decide to accept the call, and start talking, or reject the call and send it to voicemail.
