Installation
We offer
three methods of installation:
1) Professional installation: This is
recommended for customers who have complex
phone systems, require integration with
existing phone systems, or for those who
need the "peace of mind" that your system
has been installed by a digital phone
professional.
An installer will arrive on the day of your
installation to wire, install, and configure
your phones. After installation is complete,
we will train you on the basic features and
functionality of your digital phone system.
2) Drop-ship services: With this
installation method, we will provision your
IP phone in our laboratory environment,
making sure that it adheres to all service
level requirements set forth on your order.
We will then package the IP phone, complete
with wires and instructions, and ship the
equipment to you.
Should you have an issue with your
installation, and wish for a professional
installer to come out, this is always an
option.
3) IP Phone Provisioning: For
customers who are switching from another
VoIP provider, you have the ability to
continue to use the IP telephone that you
already have (provided that it is not
proprietary). We will provision your phone
on our telephone switch, and email you with
configuration instructions to make the
switchover.
