What are the
requirements to sign up for Planet One Networks'
digital telephone service?

You must
have a high speed internet
connection.

be located within our service area.

are transferring from another
service provider, you must be in
good standing with that service
provider.

Can you use
my existing telephone system in my
office?
Yes. We our business digital phone lines
can integrate with practically every
telephone system on the market today.

Do we need
to put in any new wiring for you to tie
into our office telephone system?
No, our engineers know how to integrate
with your phone system, and make our
digital telephone lines simulate
traditional telephone lines from the
telephone company. In fact, our goal is
to make it so that you don’t even notice
the difference between our digital
telephone lines and a traditional
telephone line.

Do I own the
equipment?

Unless
specifically stated otherwise,
NetSteady will maintain ownership of
the digital telephone line
equipment. Our customers have the
option to use their own digital
telephone equipment, or purchase it
from NetSteady.
Hosted phone
system

What is the
difference between the Hosted Phone
System service and the Enterprise
Telephone System service?

The
Hosted Phone System keeps the
intelligence in our power protected,
climate controlled facility in
downtown Columbus Ohio. The
Enterprise Telephone System puts a
digital telephone system on-site at
the customer location.

I need two
phone numbers but four digital desk
phones, how many lines do I need?

Our
pricing is based on the number of
connections made into our digital
telephone servers, not individual
numbers. As such, if you need four
desk phones, we bill each desk phone
as a line.

Can I get
custom music on hold?
-
Custom
music on hold can be accomplished
for an up-front fee and a monthly
recurring fee.

How long
does it take to get the telephones?
-
Approximately three to five business
days, depending on the model.

How long
does it take to transfer services.
-
While we
cannot quote exact times,
transferring from your previous
provider typically takes ten (10)
business days.

Do I own the
equipment?
-
In most
cases, you will own the equipment,
and will be asked to purchase that
from NetSteady prior to beginning
service.

Do we need
to run any new wires for digital desk
phones?

Most of
the time, digital desk phones are
put next to computers that are
already wired for the internet. If
this is the case, we will use the
existing connection for the internet
to connect both the phone and the
computer.

enterprise digital phone system for me?

digital phone system is for you is

sit down and discuss our services
